My name is Maria Rosa and I am Cathy and together we are the sister team & shopkeepers here at Willow Street Gifts. We both love vintage goodies, although our tastes and styles are completely different we make it work! That's why you will see so many different styles, eras and materials, in the items we bring you for sale. One of us is VERY kitschy and the other not so much and we each enjoy and look to source the things that appeal to us!

In the near future this shop will also include handmade jewelry and components made by me- Maria Rosa. I have been making jewelry and components for jewelry now for years. I love to try new things and consider my time in my studio therapeutic. Making makes me HAPPY!! I know it will sound bizarre to some, but I never work in my studio if I am having a bad day, since creating infuses a little part of me into every piece, I feel that my pieces should come attached with positive energy and love.

I have always loved to create things as a child I can remember my mother being ever so multifaceted if it could be done or made, she did so. I am thankful and appreciative to her for teaching me to have a can do attitude and not being fearful of trying my hand at new things.
I love to work with many mediums. It's as if I look at everything around me to see if I can turn it into or use it in my jewelry. My favorite materials to use by far are vintage bits and pieces. There are so many vintage styles kitschy, colorful, romantic, and playful that we just don't see today with all the mass produce jewelry sold in stores.
